Back to the week when we lost Aussie actor John Meillion at 55 - he's best remember for his role as Wally in Crocodile Dundee... but his career stretched over 30 years... check out this ad from 1971..

 

It was also the week that the VFL announced they would become the AFL from the following season..

And you might have seen that ad while watching this new tv show that was a spin off from "Different Strokes"... The Drummond's housekeeper, Mrs Garrett, moved on to work at a private all girls school.
