November 1979

Late November 1979 is our destination in the next 20 20 Retro Countdown... I've got the top 20 from that week.. and a TV Ad Flashback for this product.. I haven't heard the ad in years ... and haven't tried Tang in nearly as long...

 

 

Now, this week is a big week for test cricket - with the first match to be played under lights in Adelaide... so it's timely that we are heading back to the week when the first day/night one day game was played in Australia.... We took on the West Indies at the SCG!

 

 

While we were watching the first day/night one dayer.. and listening to the top 20 songs from this week in 1979... we were heading to the cinemas to watch a sci fi tv series - boldly travel onto the big screen...
