Barbie's birthday is coming up this week - she was launched in March 1959..

So we're rolling out 20 songs that we have chosen to represent Barbie... oh - and her accessories!

 

Along the way in our Barbie Countdown.... we'll meet Valeria Lukyanova.. the real life Barbie..

And we'll dedicate part of the countdown to the real people who have been immortalised in Barbie doll form for different collections over the years...
